We have used Michael’s Keys for many years and today we had an issue with a paddle for our building after getting it rekeyed. Gabriel came by and saved the day! He was prompt, explained the problem then fixed it.

Thanks for the help over the years!

I went in for a quick copy and lock combo I needed for my lot and was in and out in less than five minutes. Jacob and Jeff are doing great job !

I ended up needing a whole new key w/ fob replaced for my car. Jeff came out to the house and got the job done In a little more than an hour! He and the lady in the office (don’t recall her name) stayed in contact with me throughout the whole appointment, start to finish. Although I hope I never have any more locksmith needs in the future, I will definitely save Jeff’s card and call him if I do!

Chris serviced us for new deadbolts and rekeyed another lock. Service was outstanding. Provided detailed explanation everything he was doing and went the extra mile on doing things right. I can’t say enough about the thoroughness, polite and friendly service that was provided.

Jacob and Jeff worked diligently to help me get a second key fob for my vehicle. Jeff worked tirelessly until

he got the job done right!

I am extremely happy with their service and their attention to detail. Great Job!

I had an old safe I couldn’t get open. I was working with the manufacture with no luck. They did give me the original combination but I couldn’t get it to work. It took Jonathan less than 5 minutes to get it open. He then helped me look at the safes they had for sale. Very knowledgeable and was so helpful in helping me choose the right safe for my needs.

I called their service, taking a chance to have all my house re-keyed. They were timely, friendly, fair priced, and business professionally. Being a business owner, and having read some of these reviews, I am very well versed that there is always someone that can never be made happy regardless. Some maybe had a bad day. But overall speaking of particularly the location in Rowlett Texas I am very pleased.

This place rocks! The set of keys they made for me actually are better than the originals. Fast, affordable service!

Paul and Rick picked up and installed a safe for me. I could not be happier with the whole experience. These guys have the right equipment to do the job correctly. They were pleasant and professional and even helped me set the combo. They installed the concrete bolts with ease and cleaned up behind themselves. Seeing how easy they made moving an 800-pound safe made me glad I called Michaels Lock and Key.

Called to have a new deadbolt lock installed on an exterior door. Jose Hernandez was dispatched to my home in Fort Worth. I received an advanced call that he was on the way – after arrival we talked for a few minutes while looking at the old (broken lock) and Jose let me know what the pricing was going to be up-front. I agreed and he went to work and was done after a few minutes! Super fast, super friendly, very professional! Outstanding service! 101% satisfied… Great Job!
